Jade Textile Ismailia Welcomes the Minister of Investment and Foreign Trade in a Field Visit
In a step that reflects the ongoing collaboration between Jade Textile and government institutions, the company welcomed today His Excellency Eng. Hassan El-Khatib, Minister of Investment and Foreign Trade, along with his accompanying delegation, during a field visit to the company’s factory located in the Free Industrial Zone in Ismailia Governorate.
The minister was received by Mr. Selim Şenkaya, CEO of Jade Textile Group in Egypt, Mr. Farhan Afram, General Manager of Jade Textile Ismailia, and Mr. Moataz Abubakr, Regional Manager for Corporate Communications and Government Relations at the group.
During the tour, His Excellency reviewed the factory’s production capabilities in the ready-made garments industry and was briefed on the ongoing expansions at the facility. The minister praised the factory’s excellence in delivering high-quality products, reinforcing its position as one of the key pillars of Egypt’s textile industry.
He also emphasized the importance of partnerships between the government and the private sector in achieving sustainable development. His Excellency highlighted that the collaboration between the Ministry of Investment and Foreign Trade and Jade Textile will be a central component of future plans to support the industrial sector and boost investments in Egypt.
This visit underscores Jade Textile’s commitment to contributing to the development of Egypt’s textile sector and its role in enhancing collaboration with state institutions to drive economic growth and create new job opportunities.
