Jade Textile Partners with Pathfinder Egypt to Support Women’s Empowerment
Jade Textile continues to strengthen its role in supporting community sustainability through the signing of a cooperation protocol with Pathfinder Egypt, reflecting the company’s ongoing commitment to women’s empowerment, workplace development, and the well-being of employees and their families.
This partnership aims to implement a range of programs and initiatives across Jade Textile’s facilities in 10th of Ramadan, Ismailia, and Alexandria, contributing to the promotion of gender equality, leadership development, workplace enhancement, and the creation of a sustainable positive impact that extends beyond the workplace into the wider community.
The protocol was signed by Mr. Moataz Mostafa Abou Bakr, Regional Corporate Communications and Government Relations Manager, representing Jade Textile, and Ms. Noha El Sebaie, Country Director of Pathfinder Egypt and Jordan, representing the organization. The signing ceremony was attended by Mr. Saleh Nasr, Regional Human Resources Manager at Jade Textile, and Ms. Nour El Tahan, Private Sector Advisor at Pathfinder.
