Jade Textile has achieved a new milestone in its journey toward building a more inclusive workplace, with its facilities in Cairo, Alexandria, and Ismailia receiving the 2025 Gender Equality Seal from Egypt's National Council for Women in recognition of the company's commitment to gender equality, women's empowerment, and equal opportunities.

This achievement marks the continuation of Jade Textile's efforts to strengthen its workplace policies and practices. Following the recognition of its Ismailia facility in 2024, the company's Cairo and Alexandria operations also earned the seal in 2025, reflecting the successful implementation of inclusive standards across all its locations.
The award ceremony was attended by Dr. Amal Ammar, President of the National Council for Women, together with Jade Textile's leadership team. During the event, Dr. Ammar highlighted that organizations receiving the seal represent leading models for supporting women's participation and promoting inclusive workplaces.
Receiving the Gender Equality Seal across all three locations reflects Jade Textile's ongoing commitment to fostering a fair and supportive work environment by promoting equal opportunities, strengthening women's participation across different functions, enhancing occupational health and safety standards, and providing an inclusive workplace where all employees can grow and succeed.

The recognition reinforces Jade Textile's vision of embedding diversity, inclusion, and equal opportunity into its corporate culture, recognizing that empowering people is a key driver of innovation, sustainable growth, and long-term business success.
